Courmayeur Mountain Restaurants
Courmayeur is world renowned for its fabulous mountain restaurants of which there are over 20! They are mostly traditional log cabin style and offer Italian cuisine including antipasta, pastas and pizza cooked in a wood burning oven accompanied by extensive wine lists, coffees and bombardino! The Christiana Restaurant: Located at Plan Checrouit packed out in Italian holidays and offering huge pizza's cooked in a wood burner oven.

Auberge de la Maison is a charming chalet-style hotel situated in the pretty village of Entreves, just 3km from the town of Courmayeur.
Situated close to the town’s main cable car and just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Courmayeur.
Courmayeur Cafes, Bars and Restaurants
Courmayeur is renowned for its numerous cafés, bars and restaurants dotted around the town and concentrated along the main street of Via Roma. You can choose from sophisticated cafés with sofas and fireplaces such as Caffè della Posta for a morning cappuccino and cake, gelaterias for an afternoon ice cream and stylish bars such as Bar Roma or the American Bar for après ski drinks or aperitifs with buffet style appetisers. The many restaurants serve predominantly Italian fare including antipasta and pasta specialities of the region but also include ‘Valdostana’ local cuisine.
For pizza there is the very popular Pizzeria du Tunnel and also La Boite, both of which are family favourites, serving huge oven baked pizzas at very reasonable prices! There are also restaurants in the square such as the Vieux Pommier offering Alpine treats such as raclette and fondues. Yet Courmayeur is also renowned for its very stylish restaurants such as the Pierre Alexis 1877 and the Cadran Solaire with a repertoire of gourmet delights for a special evening. And for those looking to sample everything on the menu, there is La Maison de Filippo in Entreves which offers no less than 18 courses!
La Thuile Cafes, Bars and Restaurants
La Thuile has a good selection of friendly restaurants and bars serving excellent Italian fare including antipasta and pasta specialties of the Aosta region together with pizzas and fondues.
La Grotta is popular for cheap pasta and pizza from its traditional wooden oven, La Bricole and Le Rascard for fondues and other traditional dishes. Downstairs at Taverna Coppapan, enjoy great service and a large variety of piping hot pizzas made to your choice. Or for something different you can eat TexMex at Pepita Cafe.
For those with a sweet tooth the wonderful “Chocolat” café serves all things chocolaty including chocolate fondue!
Après ski is low key based around several unpretentious bars, including Bar La Buvette at the bottom of the gondola, and La Bricolette which serves good wines and cocktails, whilst La Bricole Pub and the Fantasia nightclub at Planibel are popular haunts for something a little bit more lively.
