Just Skiing have been successful in arranging short breaks and holidays for larger groups of friends, families and work colleagues with both Courmayeur and La Thuile ideal being easily accessible from both Turin and Geneva airports with just a 1½ hour transfer time.
We have both hotels and apartments that are suitable for groups that can offer flexible durations and any day arrival and any length of stay to suit your requirements.
Auberge de la Maison is a charming chalet-style hotel situated in the pretty village of Entreves, just 3km from the town of Courmayeur.
Situated close to the town’s main cable car and just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Courmayeur.
Courmayeur offers great skiing for all abilities, fabulous mountain restaurants to meet up at for lunch and has lively après ski with wonderful café bars and pizzerias around a picturesque cobbled stone town centre. It also has a great Sports Centre with indoor ice rink, curling, 5-a-side football, volleyball and basketball for group activities. We can also offer excursions with a ski guide to experience off piste skiing, the famous Valley Blanche 22km glacial run to Chamonix and heliskiing (see Ski Guiding).
La Thuile offers extensive skiing which is particularly good for beginners and those learning to ski with wide open pistes which rarely get crowded. It also connects to La Rosiere in France which is ideal for a day out and a French lunch! There are also restaurants on the mountains that open in the evening for dinner excursions by Ski-Doo which are ideal for parties (see Ski Parties).
