They will either point you in the direction of suitable accommodation or answer questions, from personal experience, about the resort you have chosen. They can book all your holiday components including accommodation, ferries and trains, airport transfers, car hire, accommodation upgrades, airport hotels and airport parking in the UK.

Payment

A non refundable deposit of £150 per person (including infants) will confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation invoice and remittance advice by email (or by post on request) detailing any balance due and the date that payment must be made. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REMINDER IS SENT OUT WHEN YOUR BALANCE IS DUE.

The full balance must be paid 10 weeks before departure. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of departure, then the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

We accept most major credit and charge cards (American Express) at a charge of 2% per transaction and debit cards with no charge. We would therefore encourage customers to pay the balance of their holiday by debit cards, cheque or bank transfer for which there is no charge.
