The UK Reservations Team

The team at Just Skiing are dedicated to providing a quality and knowledgeable service. They are fully trained not only in customer service but also have in depth personal knowledge of Skiing.

Our Reservations Team are ready and waiting for your call or email to discuss your holiday requirements. They will either point you in the direction of suitable accommodation or answer questions, from personal experience, about the resort you have chosen. They can book all your holiday components including accommodation, ferries and trains, airport transfers, car hire, accommodation upgrades, airport hotels and airport parking in the UK.

When you are ready to book your holiday, call the Just Skiing Reservations Team who will note your requirements on our booking system, provide a quotation and check availability. (Please note that calls may be recorded for training and customer service purposes.)

If you have any questions or require further information about any accommodation, to check availability, to enquire about flights, transfers and car hire or to receive a quotation, email us at the above address and our Reservations Team will email you back details as soon as possible. (Please note that emails are answered during office hours and we endeavour to reply within 24 hours.)

If you don’t have access to the internet and would prefer to fax your enquiry or booking to us, please use the above fax number and we will reply by fax during office hours.

 

Payment

• A non refundable deposit of £150 per person (including infants) will confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation invoice and remittance advice by email (or by post on request) detailing any balance due and the date that payment must be made. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REMINDER IS SENT OUT WHEN YOUR BALANCE IS DUE.

• The full balance must be paid 10 weeks before departure. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of departure, then the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• We accept most major credit and charge cards (American Express) at a charge of 2% per transaction and debit cards with no charge. We would therefore encourage customers to pay the balance of their holiday by debit cards, cheque or bank transfer for which there is no charge.
