The Residence Courmaison is built in chalet style and is situated next door to the Grand Hotel Courmaison just outside Courmayeur, approximately 4km down the valley in Pallesieux. It has a commanding position facing the mountains with the Mont Blanc Jurasses towering above.

Accommodation
There are 42 apartments with the choice of classic or superior studio or 1 or 2 bedrooms which are designed using the local stone and wood and are finished to a very high standard. The rooms have attractive soft furnishings and fabrics and the bathrooms are modern and spacious, some with baths. The apartments are well equipped having kitchenette with fridge, hob, plates, glasses and cutlery and there is a telephone and satellite television. Linen is provided.

Facilities
The Residence offers many services including a minibus shuttle service from 8am to 8pm to and from the town of Courmayeur and the cable cars. Guests can use the bar and restaurant (extra cost) of Le Grand Hotel Courmaison next door. There is a ski and boot room, laundry room, parking and underground garage (extra cost).

Spa Centre
A great benefit of the Residence is that Guests can arrange to use the indoor pool, Spa Centre (extra cost) and children’s mini club in the hotel to which there is direct access via the lift.
