Situated in the heart of the old village of Dolonne, this hotel is within walking distance of the new Dolonne cable car and the sports centre and about 1km from the centre of Courmayeur.

Hotel des Glaciers is a typical older alpine style family run hotel by Edoardo Pennard, an alpine guide. It has different styles of room to suit your requirements, all of which are spacious and traditionally furnished and have mini bar, television and safe as standard, some with balcony enjoying views of the Courmayeur valley.

On the ground floor there is a reception area and dining room with picture windows looking towards the town of Courmayeur. Here a continental buffet breakfast is served in the morning and in the evening the Family Pennard prepare home cooked dinner using local produce and specialities from the Aosta region.

Downstairs there is a good-sized ski boot room with lockers and a lounge with a bar and sofas to relax by the fire. A unique feature of the hotel is their own small museum dedicated to the local village history and containing many interesting artefacts.
