The Hotel Accommodation
This family run 3 star hotel is conveniently situated just off Via Roma, the main cobbled street of Courmayeur, and approximately 400 metres from the cable car linking the town to the main skiing area. Set on a quiet side street, there are wonderful views of the Mont Blanc Massif and the Courmayeur Valley from the balconies in most of the rooms and from the picture windows in the breakfast room. The excellent array of shops, bars and restaurants for which Courmayeur is well known, can be easily accessed on foot.
Accommodation
The Berthod family, who have been welcoming guests since 1882, have transformed their old country house into a comfortable hotel over the years. The hotel now offers 30 different styled rooms, arranged over 4 floors (with lift), including 6 suites sleeping 4/5 and 4 having a mezzanine level. All the rooms have private bath or shower room with hairdryer, satellite television, radio, minibar, safe, telephone and some with balconies.
Facilities
There is a small reception area, lounge, bar (with internet point) and dining room where a buffet breakfast is served until late morning where you can appreciate the panoramic views of the mountains. For guest’s relaxation, there is ‘La Cave’ spa and fitness facility with jacuzzi rock pool, sauna, shower, relax area, small gym and massage room (on request, extra cost). There is a ski and boot room and outside parking available.
